Ingredients
vegetable oil, for deep frying
8-10 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
4 sheets filo pastry
2-3 tbsp sesame seeds
caster sugar, to sprinkle
honey, to drizzle
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Method 1. Heat a pan one-third filled with vegetable oil, for deep frying. 2. Mix the honey, cinnamon and nutmeg together in a bowl. 3. Pour some of the honey mixture over a sheet of filo pastry and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Repeat this process, stacking up to make 3-4 layers. 4. Cut the sheets in half and fold into triangles. 5. Deep fry in the hot oil for 1-2 minutes, or until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. 6. Sprinkle with the caster sugar and drizzle with honey. Serve with Greek yoghurt.
